Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court records, but the route depends on the record. Perry County has one local court of record, Perry Circuit Court, yet a records search may still involve several offices. The Circuit Court Clerk keeps the official court file and certified copies. MyCase provides public online case information. The sheriff handles custody, bond, tax-warrant, and jail-service records. State agencies handle driver records, state-prison custody, and notification systems. Pulling those routes into one county-focused reference reduces confusion without replacing any official office.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, dockets, criminal records, arrest records and charges, inmate records, warrant records, traffic records, marriage and divorce, and probate records.
- Office contacts: local details for the Circuit Court Clerk, Perry Circuit Court, prosecutor, sheriff, detention center, and courthouse.
- Search walkthroughs: practical steps for MyCase, the current inmate roster, Indiana VINE, IDOC, and state driver-record resources.
- Public records help: notes on what is online, what must be requested from the clerk or sheriff, and what Indiana access rules may restrict.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not connected to Perry Circuit Court, the Perry County Circuit Court Clerk, the Perry County Sheriff's Office, Indiana courts, or any state or federal agency. There are real limits to what a private reference site can do:
- We cannot file court paperwork or send records requests for anyone.
- We cannot issue certified copies of court, marriage, divorce, probate, jail, or sheriff records.
- We cannot give legal advice or say what a person should file in Perry Circuit Court.
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or access rule remains current after publication.
Only the issuing court, clerk, sheriff, or state agency can provide an official record or certified copy.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies operate their own tools, pricing, and data practices. When a visitor uses one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep the public reference content available. Third-party search results are not official Perry County records and should be verified with the court, clerk, sheriff, or state agency that maintains the original record.
